You get unlimited access to any of the small group coaching classes featured on the calendar (5 classes a week to choose from) for the duration of your plan. (Currently 3 and 6 month terms are available, all of which come with a free 1 week trial.) They also include an initial assessment and weekly nutrition education in our private community.
While the schedule changes monthly, classes can include:
- Mat Pilates
- Core Essentials
- Full Body Sculpt
- Full Body Interval Training
