Hi I’m Aly Kent and it is my mission to help women make fitness a fun, learning experience you can take and apply to your daily life.
I am a Canfitpro certified Fitness Instructor and former competitive rower. I was introduced to Joseph Pilates’ techniques for promoting good posture and core strength while I was still in high school. It had such a huge impact that I took what I learned in that session and incorporated into my life. I was only 15 but was already a serious athlete. At age 20 I started teaching fitness classes and sharing the knowledge I had learned both from sports and my own health and fitness journey.
Last July I relocated North away from city living in the Niagara / GTA to enjoy cottage country living. I was really missing teaching and wanted to get back to my passion. My neighbour introduced me to her trainer, Miriam and we soon realized we had a common passion to help women experience the benefits of healthy living.
I am happy to be able to bring my experience and knowledge to the women of North Bay and surrounding area. My passion keeps me learning new classes to stay on top the latest trends in the industry so you will never be bored with fitness in my class.
