Step It Up – This is an aerobic dominant workout using an elevated platform (step). Incorporating both upper and lower body movements together will improve your coordination and agility, and the constant push up onto the step will increase leg strength.

Glorious Guns – An upper body focused workout to build strength and endurance of our arms and shoulders where women often tend to be weak.  This workout should be done following a leg dominant session such as Step It Up or Fit Bottom Girls for a balanced, full body workout.
